Our efforts towards safety and reliability: After harvesting, debris is removed from the oyster shells via high pressure machine washing. The oysters are then placed in a sterilization tank with an ozone generator, ultraviolet seawater and a microbubble generator for 48 hours before shipment. Twice per month, we have norovirus testing conducted by an external company.
